How is this possible?
In 2004, the European Union passed regulations stating that airlines operating flights to and from European airports that were cancelled or delayed for more than three hours, would be required to compensate their passengers. These rules apply to American citizens traveling on these flights just as they do for Europeans.
How much compensation can I receive?
The amount of the compensation depends on the length of the flight, but it could be as much as $900, if your flight is eligible.
How do I find out if my flight is eligible?
Simply fill out the form to the right and submit your information. Our staff of attorneys and investigators will determine your eligibility and contact you. There is no obligation or cost to determine your eligibility and we do not use your information for any other purposes.
